Unit Service - Training Committees

As a Unit Commissioner your first job is to help the units you serve. If you have a new unit that has just formed or a unit that has just had a lot of personnel turnover, you may find that the unit committee needs a lot of help fast. Some areas have been experimenting with Unit Committee Training as an adjunct to established courses like Scoutmaster Fundamentals. The following downloadable documents can be used by a team of two or three commissioners to plan and conduct a training session for a unit committee or members of several unit committees.
