    Circle Ten Council changed the name of this camp to Camp James Ray within the past year. It was called Camp Grayson.

    James Ray is situated on the shore of Lake Texoma. All the waterfront activities such as canoeing and boating are done on the lake. A new aquatics facility was built in 2002. A new dining hall will open for 2010. Other improvements have made this into a very attractive camp that is quite convenient to those in Dallas and surrounding counties.
