    CGT lies at the foot of the Wichita Mountains in Caddo County near Boone, Oklahoma. Its 600 acres is used for general camping and Cub Scout Resident Camp.

    As a previous camper of George Thomas with my boys in Webelos camp I can say that this is a nice camp, the layout is favorable, the area is wooded and clean. The boys have a ball there and there is always something to see as far as wildlife. I recommend this camp highly especially for a cubs first camping experience. Great place.

    My 2 sons and I went to Webelos Resident Camp at CGT last year (2003). It was our first time there, and the boys loved it so much we brought Dad back with us to Fall Family Camping. Now my youngest and I are going back again this year with my just-became-Webelos den. In between, I attended Wood Badge at CGT, too. We're looking forward to another great time - in and out of classes, and the classes will really help them accomplish a lot on the activity badges the den chose. The staff is always wonderful, and the facilities are very nice. I regret that next year may be our last time since my den will cross over before Summer 2006 and most of the troops in OKC don't use CGT (except for OA projects and JLT).
