    Comments for Gamehaven Scout Reservation

    This is a small 26 acre camp with a Swimming pool, Lake. Rowboats, Canoes, & Sailboats. Mainly used for training, Cub Scouts & weekend camping.

    Sorry, but that previous comment must be for a different camp.

    GSR is over 400 acres, and has a pool, three activity shelters, twelve developed campsites, and activity areas for Cubs and Webelos including a spaceport, a castle, BB and archery ranges, and a "low cope" course. Future development will include Boy Scout activity areas and access to the adjacent Gamehaven lake.

    Rather pathetic that the Gamehaven Council barely mentions the camp on its website. I searched for 30 minutes and could only find a place where four pictures were displayed and another where they were doing a survey. Why no website on weekend usage, how to reserve, what the facilities are, etc.?
